• Dusting: All surfaces & furniture.
• Floors: Vacuum carpets/rugs, sweep/mop hard floors
• Surfaces: Wipe down all surfaces & sanitize countertops.
• High-Touch Areas: Disinfect door handles, light switches, remotes.
• Kitchen Appliances: Clean the Outside (fridge, oven, microwave, stovetop) *Inside is an extra fee*
• Trash/Recycling: Empty bins/replace liners.

Bathrooms

• Clean/Sanitize

1. Dusting: Ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures, walls, baseboards, windowsills, door frames, shelves. 
2. Windows/Doors: Wash interior windows, tracks, and wipe down doors/frames. 
3. Floors: Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop hard floors. 
4. High-Touch Areas: Disinfect switches, doorknobs, railings. 

Kitchen Appliances: Clean inside/outside oven, microwave, fridge. 

Shower/Tub:Scrub all surfaces & shower doors. Toilet: Scrub inside, base, exterior. Clean vanity, counters, sink, mirror & polish fixtures.

Replace & Launder Linens/Towels

A DEEP, comprehensive clean of an empty home, focusing on:

1. Kitchens (appliances inside/out, cabinets, counters) 
2. Bathrooms (tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors)
3. Bedrooms & General areas (dusting all surfaces, baseboards, windows, light fixtures, vacuuming/mopping floors, cleaning inside closets/drawers)

1. Biohazard Fee: $50 - any body fluid that is not in an appropriate area. i.e: pet urine/feces, human urine/feces/blood/bodily secretions.
2. Out of Area Travel Fee: $75 - subject to travel distance over 25 miles from service area origin. (zip code 12456)
3. Additional Bathrooms (over 2 full bathrooms): $25 - Due to the intensive labor and attention to detail that goes into cleaning the bathroom.
